As discussed in today's class dated 23/10/2024 key ideas I have thought about 

1. since artists are familiar with being together and not online we want to make it attractive it them to get and access the product. 

2. Can use QR code in places where artists and creators would be and gather often. 

3. need to figure out how to attract them to digital space this will be looked into over the week with research. 

4.. research into different type of artists such as people who sculpt, draw, and paint can even reach out to the film industry and see if they will need us. 


5.. no subscript will be used at the start as 

6. for the primary research plan to interview a student doing film this is a form of art that would need to find creative people we want to use our idea to bring people together in a way like Facebook or Linkedin

 West Cork Crafts (WCC) is another example of an existing Web Application services similar to ARTY. Like CCD, West Cork Crafts also sell local crafts from Cork-based artisans.  https://www.westcorkcrafts.ie/ Features that I liked about WCC: There is a section on the local artisans to introduce themselves. I believe having this section allows for the sellers to express themselves and briefly describe what they do and also allows for both the buyers and the sellers to be closer. See screenshot below for an example. Not only that but each sellers also include the links to their other platforms such as Etsy and Facebook/Facebook Marketplace to further showcase their work. Has a variety of 'Shop By' filters which allows the buyers to customise their shopping experience. Shop by members - perhaps the buyer has a favorite craftsman they want to buy their lcoal crafts from Shop by category - for buyers who knows what they want to buy.
